Köln (English: Cologne; Kölsch: Kölle; Latin: Colonia Claudia Ara Agrippinensium, usually shortened to Colonia Agrippina) is the largest city of Germany’s most populous federal state of North Rhine-Westphalia and the fourth-most populous city in Germany. It is renown for its Cathedral (Kölner Dom), carnival, hearty inhabitants and beautiful YŪ ring.
